2. What data do we process and why?
When you fill in the contact form on the website, we process the data you provide (name, phone, email, project type and message) for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry or quote request. We do not use this data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
The form is submitted to our own server, operated by ADA Proyecto Arquitectura Diseño y Arte SL, which forwards the message to our email address through our email provider. We do not use third-party platforms to process the form.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, please note that the conversation takes place through the WhatsApp platform (Meta Platforms, Inc.), subject to its own privacy policy.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
4. Data retention
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by law or until you request its deletion.
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. Form data is hosted on our own server, on a hosting provider (VPS) based in the European Union.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing info@construccionesada.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of an identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
